Flygo Travels Refund Policy

Flygo Travels is committed to delivering high-quality travel and education consultancy services. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. Service Fees
    • Flygo Travels’ service fees (e.g., for Study Abroad, visa application, consultation) are non-refundable once work has commenced. These fees cover administrative, consultancy, and processing efforts, regardless of application outcomes (e.g., visa rejection, university admission denial).
    • A deposit (e.g., 50% for packages, 100% for individual services) is required to initiate services, and this deposit is non-refundable.
  2. Third-Party Services
    • Refunds for third-party services (e.g., flights, hotels, travel insurance) are subject to the respective provider’s policies:
      • Flight Bookings: Refunds depend on airline terms (e.g., refundable vs. non-refundable tickets). Flygo Travels’ booking fee (5–10% of booking cost, minimum N20,000) is non-refundable.
      • Hotel Bookings: Refunds are governed by hotel cancellation policies. Flygo Travels’ booking fee is non-refundable.
      • Travel Health Insurance: Refunds or cancellations are handled by the insurance provider. Flygo Travels’ service fee for insurance assistance is non-refundable.
    • Flygo Travels will assist in processing refund requests but is not liable for third-party decisions.
  3. Cancellation by Client
    • If a client cancels a service after Flygo Travels has begun work (e.g., document vetting, visa form submission, university applications), no refund will be issued for service fees.
    • For cancellations before work commences, Flygo Travels may offer a partial refund (less administrative costs, minimum N20,000), at our discretion.
  4. Cancellation by Flygo Travels
    • If Flygo Travels is unable to provide a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., regulatory changes), a full or partial refund may be offered, excluding non-recoverable third-party costs.
    • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
  5. Non-Delivery of Services
    • If Flygo Travels fails to deliver a paid service due to our error (e.g., failure to submit applications as agreed), a full refund of the service fee will be provided, subject to verification.
    • Clients must notify Flygo Travels within 7 days of the issue to initiate a refund request.
  6. Application Rejections
    • Flygo Travels is not responsible for rejections of visa, university, or other applications, as these are determined by third parties (e.g., embassies, universities). No refunds will be issued in such cases.
  7. How to Request a Refund
