By engaging Flygo Travels’ services through flygo.org, flyers, or other channels, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Services Provided
Flygo Travels offers professional services, including Study Abroad programs, international tours, visa application support, flight and hotel bookings, travel health insurance, consultation, and proof of funds assistance. Service details and fees will be provided upon consultation or registration. - Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely documentation as requested.
- Respond promptly to Flygo Travels’ requests for information or clarification.
- Pay all applicable service fees and third-party costs (e.g., visa fees, airline tickets, university application fees).
- Failure to meet deadlines or provide correct documents may result in delays, rejections, or additional costs, for which Flygo Travels is not liable.
- Service Fees
- Fees vary by service (e.g., Study Abroad packages, visa application, flight bookings) and will be outlined in invoices or agreements.
- A deposit (e.g., 50% for packages, 100% for individual services) is required to commence services. Full payment is due before visa submission or travel arrangements.
- Fees are subject to change due to market conditions, with prior notice to clients.
- Third-Party Costs
Clients are responsible for external fees, including but not limited to:- Visa application fees (e.g., $60–$710 depending on country).
- University application fees (e.g., uni-assist €75–€150).
- Flight and hotel costs.
- Travel health insurance premiums.
- Blocked account setup for study visas (e.g., €100–€150).
Flygo Travels will provide guidance but is not liable for these costs.
- Non-Guarantee of Outcomes
- Study Abroad: Admission decisions are made by universities, and Flygo Travels does not guarantee acceptance.
- Visa Application: Visa approvals are at the discretion of immigration authorities, and Flygo Travels does not guarantee success.
- Tours, Flight, and Hotel Bookings: Availability and pricing are subject to third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels).
- Travel Health Insurance: Policy terms and claim outcomes are governed by insurance providers.
- Proof of Funds: Flygo Travels assists with documentation but does not guarantee compliance with financial regulations.
- Liability
Flygo Travels is not liable for:- Delays, rejections, or costs due to changes in immigration laws, university policies, or third-party provider terms.
- Losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete client-provided information.
- External factors beyond our control (e.g., embassy closures, flight cancellations).
- Data Privacy
- All personal information is handled in accordance with Nigeria’s Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).
- Data is used solely for processing your requests and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by service providers (e.g., universities, embassies, airlines).
- Website Usage (flygo.org)
- Flygo.org provides information and booking services. Content is for informational purposes and subject to change.
- Users must not misuse the website (e.g., unauthorized access, data scraping).
- Flygo Travels is not liable for technical issues (e.g., website downtime) affecting service access.
- Changes to Services
Flygo Travels reserves the right to modify services, fees, or terms, with notice provided via flygo.org or direct communication. - Dispute Resolution
- Disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion.
